Yoga Mat Workshop Embarks on a New Chapter of Quality Improvement

Quality is the lifeline of a product and the core of a company's competitiveness. To address pain points in yoga mat production, such as uneven edges, inconsistent texture depth, and fluctuations in environmental standards, the workshop established a special task force composed of technical experts, experienced employees, and quality inspectors to comprehensively review the entire production process. Drawing on lean management tools, the task force repeatedly tested key parameters such as mixing temperature, foaming time, and calendering pressure, created value stream maps to analyze the core factors affecting product quality, and ultimately developed the "TPE Yoga Mat Production Process Optimization Plan."
